An experienced Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, particularly Investment Management. As the Head of Marketing at Allan Gray, Zwelethu brings a wealth of experience in marketing and strategy to the Pedigree Ventures team. Zwelethu has a deep understanding of what it takes to create a strong brand and drive growth.
Jana van der Merwe
LLB (Stellenbosch)
Formerly a Candidate Attorney at Werksmans Attorneys, Jana is currently an Executive at the Prime Property Portfolio, Jana brings a wealth of experience in business development to the Pedigree Ventures team. Her ability to identify new business opportunities and develop successful strategies, combined with her passion for empowering communities, make her a valuable addition to the Pedigree Ventures team.
Naledi Molotlegi
Hospitality Management & Administration Diploma (Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland)
With a varied career in Hospitality spanning several countries, Naledi brings a wealth of experience in customer relations and business development to the Pedigree Ventures team Currently the Events and Guest Relations Manager at Latitude Aparthotels, her ability to effectively manage complex operations make her a valuable addition to the team.
Martin Mbetse
B.Comm (Economics & Finance) (University of Witwatersrand)
Martin’s experience spans various domains, including mergers and acquisitions, private investments and proprietary equity deals across the African continent. Martin honed his skills and knowledge through his tenure at Merrill Lynch and Investec as well as at IDG, a private investment firm. Currently an Executive at The Prime Property Portfolio, Martin brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance to the Pedigree Ventures team.
Lesego Majatladi
Bachelor of Arts (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) UNISA
With extensive experience in the Media, Marketing and Entertainment industries Lesego’s diverse background adds dynamic value to the Pedigree team. Currently the Managing Director at Latitude Aparthotels, Lesego brings a proven track record in driving growth and success in the hospitality industry and is Chairperson of the Hotel segment on the FEDHASA Cape Board and is Vice- Chairperson of the Tourism Portfolio Committee at the Cape Chamber of Commerce.
